1. Scope
Leakly is an archive cataloguing material already published by third parties and circulating on the internet. It is not a producer, studio, or streaming service. The presence of a record in the catalog does not mean Leakly owns the underlying work.
Incoming notices are reviewed. Review does not create an obligation to remove. If the same material remains available on other sites or in search results, the request is, as a rule, not processed. Incomplete correspondence may receive no reply. Only a court order, or a properly formed notice that documents ownership and states the exact URL of the allegedly infringing record, is reviewed separately.
2. Requirements
Correspondence that omits any of the following is not treated as a notice and will not be assessed:
- A clear description of the work alleged to be infringed.
- The exact Leakly watch URL. Site-wide or “remove everything” demands are not accepted.
- A statement that you are the rights holder or authorized representative, a valid email, and a signature (your name is sufficient). Notices without that statement are disregarded.
3. Review
Removal may be considered only where the notice is valid and the material appears unique to this platform. In all other cases, taking no action is the default. There is no twenty-four-hour or similar automatic-removal commitment.
Counter-notices and repeat-infringement claims follow the same procedure: write, then wait. Follow-up mail, threatening language, or template counsel letters do not accelerate review. Harassment, privacy, and billing fall outside this page; use the Contact form.
4. Contact address
Leakly
There is no physical service address. Email is sufficient. A reply is issued only for notices found to be in order; no response time is promised.
