5. Limited license

6. Platform content
Videos, images, and text are provided by Leakly, partners, or (if uploads are open) users. The catalog can change. Titles, tags, and descriptions are for navigation and may include adult language.
We do not guarantee that a title will stay available. If you believe your rights are infringed, follow the DMCA process.
7. Prohibited conduct
You agree not to:

- Attempt unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or non-public data

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LEAKLY, ITS OPERATORS, AFFILIATES, AND SUPPLIERS ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
Some countries do not allow these limits; in those places our liability is limited to the fullest extent the law allows.
11. Suspension and termination
If we believe you breached these Terms, pose a risk to other users, or the law requires it, we may suspend or end access immediately. You may stop using Leakly at any time. Provisions that by nature should survive — including intellectual property, disclaimers, and liability limits — remain in force after termination.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, the “Effective” date above changes. Continuing to use the Service after an update means you accept the new Terms. Material changes are announced on the site when practical.
13. Governing law
